Job Description |
|
|
- To provide mentoring and coaching for Pact Sudan staff on the technical team.
- Coordinate the development, implementation and reporting on all work plans and reports of the technical team.
- In close cooperation with Program Team Leader, to ensure Pact projects and programs meet the established goal and objectives and planned outputs and outcomes, and that these results are documented.
- Ensure that Pact continues to build programs based on strategic analysis of the Sudanese context
- Ensure that the most updated information regarding the programs is shared via the designated mechanisms: any databases, the web page and the monthly highlights report.
- Facilitate and/or participate in learning communities and task forces.
- Document methodologies and results that can inform the wider Pact community (such as evaluation documents, consultant reports, workshop reports, etc.). Share and promote these resources through a variety of means (including e-mail, brownbags, etc.).

Qualifications :
- Strong demonstrated program management and oversight experience
- Solid understanding of MERL and Knowledge Management
- A good team player, leader and mentor
- Vision for Pact Sudan’s organizational mandate
- Ability and sensitivity to interact effectively cross-culturally.
- Fluency in English and good writing skills.
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or local languages a plus.
- Understanding of Peacebuilding, NRM and Water programming/implementation
- Ability and availability to do periodical in country travel to visit projects and programsand occasional out of country travel.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
