Job Description |
|
|
- Plan and migrate IFADs intranet by planning to Liferay (IFADs content management system).
- Develop themes, structure and templates using Liferay.
- Conduct user tests to ensure that CMS parameters are set appropriately and the system is functioning according to requirements.
- Assist in developing Web2.0 and social media guidelines.
- Assist in posting content on Web-based communication channels.
- Draft internal communication material to support IFADs reform process.
Write updates for country and project pages. |

Qualifications:
- University degree in communication and/or web technology.
- Excellent knowledge of web authoring – HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Velocity, RSS, and scripting in general.
- Knowledge of a content management system, preferably Liferay.
- Excellent knowledge of Web2.0 philosophy and tools.
- At least 4 years professional experience, including experience with international organizations, rural development/financial institutions or government services, in the area of design and implementation of website, social media, writing and internal communication.
