HR Business Partners at PATH are a global team of elite professionals who work in a coordinated effort to facilitate the HR programs and initiatives in their areas of responsibility. These roles advance PATH's mission through the legal and effective delivery of HR systems and by managing global HR initiatives.

The HR Business Partner role will report to the Global HR Business Partner located in Seattle, WA and supports the 150+ employees in PATH's DC office.  Responsibilities include managing the onboarding function, managing the corporate performance management and talent management systems, training and development and facilitating employee relations issues.

 

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and implementation of HR policies, practices and procedures.
  • Experience in providing objective leadership and guidance in resolving employee relations issues, effectively partnering with legal and leadership.
  • Proven group facilitation skills.
  • Ability to move initiatives forward and communicate effectively while serving multiple constituencies.
  • Demonstrated effective business writing in developing policies and procedures.
  • Interpersonal, organizational planning and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated success as a facilitator of solutions
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree plus a minimum five years' HR generalist experience as an individual contributor or manager level or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles, practices and procedures relevant to Human Resources Management.
  • A specialist in employee relations required. Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver interactive, stand-up training. 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in the DC area.
