HR Business Partners at PATH are a global team of elite professionals who work in a coordinated effort to facilitate the HR programs and initiatives in their areas of responsibility. These roles advance PATH's mission through the legal and effective delivery of HR systems and by managing global HR initiatives.
The HR Business Partner role will report to the Global HR Business Partner located in Seattle, WA and supports the 150+ employees in PATH's DC office. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding function, managing the corporate performance management and talent management systems, training and development and facilitating employee relations issues.
