During the past 15 years, I have had experiences in over 130 projects on knowledge management or organizational learning, for the development, government and private sectors &ndash many of which were repeat engagements with satisfied clients. Of these projects, I was project or team leader in 19. In over 20 projects, I worked in a multi-cultural setting in the Asia-Pacific region. I have experience in project evaluation and impact assessment in over 50 projects in the past 20 years, 14 of which were in the area of sustainable development or environmental management.
