EOI title: EOI Invited from the reputed NGOs working in the field of disability for following services under SSA, Purba Bardhaman.

Eligibility Criteria for Selection of NGOs:

There are two criteria’s for the selection of NGOs

Firstly, the concerned NGOs should have certain prerequisites to be selected for the purpose only those Non Govt. Organization may be eligible to apply who have:

• Registration as per Indian Societies Registration Act, 1961
• Working experience at least two and half (2.5) years in disability fields.
• Registration of the organization as per persons with Disabilities Act, 1995
• Secondly, NGOs should have qualified Rehab Professional.

Proposals may be invited from eligible experienced organizations on following activities:

• Extension of Therapeutic support services to the CWSN through existing Multipurpose Resource Centres at CLRC/CRC jurisdiction/ Resource Rooms as the case may be across the district out of the admissible budget.
• Identification and Assessment of the children with low vision not ‘yet identified, providing low vision aids as would be required and extending corrective surgery as per need.
• Extension of Micro interventional support service to the children with hearing impairment including Audiometric assessment, ear mould fabrication and minor repairing of hearing aids

Terms and Conditions for selection of NGOs:

• The authority in the District Project officer (DPO) in the Sarmagra Shiksha Abhiyanis the District Project Director.
• Rates shouldbe quoted by the intending NGOs in both figures and words and in accordance with the above criteria, mentioning the completion time.
• The Final approval of the selected NGOs will be given by the State Authority.
