The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Payroll and Staff Expenses Department. Working in our Head Office in Oxfam. Producing a monthly payroll and twice monthly expenses with the assistance of a small team.

What we are looking for

  • As assistant manager payroll & staff expenses, you will be supporting the Payroll and Staff Expenses Manager to provide a quality service to the business. You will be providing expert advice and guidance in relation to Payroll legislation and compliance as well as manage a small team of payroll and expenses administrators.
  • You will work on continuous improvement for processes and procedures for the department and will also engage with various departments to develop and implement business changes.
  • You will also support on internal and external audit compliance by resolving queries to the highest standards of customer service.
