You will be part of the remote coordination team based in Nairobi. Under the leadership of the Country Director, you are responsible for coordinating the financial and human resources activities and timelines of the program. You will work closely with your counterpart based in Darfur and will be the focal point for your sector with Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the mission's accountancy and cash flow management.
  • Carrying out management of budget and donor funding contracts.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the mission’s HR processes (recruitment, remuneration, social and healthcare coverage, evaluation, training) and compliance with local legal framework.
  • Guaranteeing international and national personnel administration at mission level.

Requirements:

  • You have proven experience of at least 4 years in a coordination position, in Finance and HR.
  • You have experience in team management and in capacity building.
  • You have a strong knowledge of planning, purchasing, procurement, recruitment, budgeting and donor reporting.
  • You have strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in professional English.
