JOB SPECIFICATION :

As HRMS referent, you are responsible for the consistency, harmonization and optimization of the various HR business processes as well as their integration into the “HI People” HRMS.
You manage the application support on the HR business side and make the link between the users, the HR business referents / key users, and the application support on the IS side, at the level of incidents and requests for change.

In order to achieve these objectives, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Responsibility 1: Carry out and manage the HRIS application support on the HR business side and ensure the cohesion of the HRIS functionalities with the HR processes.

  • You lead the day-to-day management of the HRIS in connection with the application support on the IS side and the business referees: resolution and incident resolution workshop, evaluation and management of change requests, reporting ...
  • You lead the community of business referees / key users (including internationally)
  • You train new business referees / key users in the general use of the tool
  • You provide support to users

Responsibility 2: Ensure consistency, harmonization and the optimization of the various HR business processes between them, as well as their integration into the HRIS

  • You lead the review of business processes in the context of continuous improvement
  • You recommend changes in the organization and operation of the services
  • You validate and maintain the HRIS rights architecture with business referees / key users

Responsibility 3: Manage requests for HRIS development and interfaces with other IS applications, from their evaluation to production launch

  • You evaluate requests for the development of new functionalities for HRMS and are the project manager of their implementation
  • You analyze the functional impacts of developments specific to HI, during HRIS version migrations and are the project manager for their implementation.

Responsibility 4: Represent HI's HR information system to external contacts (notably auditors).

EXPECTED PROFILE:

  • Graduated from higher education in HR or IT, you have experience in HR services in companies or organizations
  • Experience in project management, in the functional administration of an international IT system and the resolution of business tickets is highly desirable
  • You have the ability to step back and question
  • You know how to unite interlocutors of different profiles
  • Teacher, you know how to use clear communication with your interlocutors.
  • You are fluent in French and English
