Job Description

Context :

Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director of Human Resources and in functional connection with the Director of Programs and International Operations, the head of international HR will be responsible for the management, management and development of human resources for international missions. expatriate and national teams. You will manage the International HR team composed of 3 people.

Your main missions will be divided according to the following methods:

Development and / or updating of expatriate HR policy

  • Build an international mobility reference: definition of the general conditions of departure and return, establish associated procedures / processes and ensure their application,
  • Be a force for proposals in terms of improvement expatriate HR policy (remuneration, social protection, benefits, etc.) in order to preserve the competitiveness of the organization while respecting the legal framework,
  • Establish a training plan for expatriates (Conditions; procedure, process and objectives )

Management of expatriate employees' files

  • Define contractual schemes, participate in the construction of departure packages in accordance with allocated budgets and the HR framework in force,
  • Supervise and / or write contractual documents (work contracts, endorsements, etc.) .) respecting immigration conditions and legal and social specificities,

Recruitment / mobility and loyalty

  • Supervise the annual recruitment plan of needs related to the DPOI,
  • Participate in the recruitment of expatriate managerial positions,  
  • Supervise the recruitment of expatriate non-executives,
  • Develop a pool of transversal, transferable and mobilizable skills ,
  • In connection with the recruitment pole, ensuring recruitment communication,
  • Initiating and implementing a loyalty policy for key skills,

Management of the financial aspects for the Human Resources field

  • Participate in the development of projects on the financial and structural aspects,
  • Establish the annual financial and structural budgets of the service for expatriate HR, Ensure the monitoring and updating of budgets ;
  • Validate the forecast of expenses,
  • Supervise and control social declarations and payment to organizations,

Monitoring and methodology

  • Ensure a follow-up of legal, legal, social and fiscal developments to adapt the contractual schemes and propose the necessary adjustments,
  • Facilitate internal technical meetings intended for Geographic Managers to disseminate and share information,
  • Be a force for proposals the activity of the International HR Pole (tools, process etc.),

The list of missions is evolving according to the needs of the organization, non-exhaustive and non-limiting. The employee may be required to carry out other missions related to his qualification.

Profile :

  • You are a graduate of a bac + 4/5 in human resources or management of the business school or university type, you justify an experience of 4 to 5 years in HR management of expatriates,
  • Having a interpersonal skills and good writing skills, you have a sense of service and are very creative,
  • Teacher and force of proposals, you are invested in your work and have a good spirit of synthesis and analysis,
  • Finally, your appetite for digital allows you to use with ease the steering and communication tools,
