The Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will report to the Senior Research Investigator and will be mainly responsible for performing following duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Ensure monitoring and evaluation of project activities.
Supervise team and network with physicians to secure TBSTC outcomes.
Carry out project activities as per the work plan and liaise with implementing partners in TB.
Ensure data management and record keeping.
Analyse data and generate reports as per program requirements.
Guide and oversee TB treatment as per national guidelines.
Track appropriate patient management and ensure treatment adherence.
Requirements:
MBBS degree from a Medical College recognized by Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC); Short course on topics related to Tuberculosis, or, monitoring & evaluation will be an advantage;
3 years of experience in the domain of public health/TB programme, preferably in monitoring and evaluation.
