Under the overall guidance of the Chief Technical Advisor in coordination with the Project Analyst (Electoral Affair), the Project Associate (Monitoring and Evaluation) will provide comprehensive assistance to organize project events, seminar, workshops and capacity building events during electoral cycles in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation and effective management of planning, monitoring and evaluation requirements for the project
  • Provide support to collect and report on different platforms and donors.
  • Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing.
  • Supports the development of action plans, work plans and Monitoring and Evaluation Plans.
  • Monitors quality of delivery of inputs provided by the consultants, beneficiaries and contracted companies and communicate findings to project team.
  • Assisting with results-based management, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) of programs.
  • Collection and analysis of aggregated data of projects outcomes.
  • Support the development of instruments to ensure a high quality of monitoring activities.
  • Collect programmatic updates, progress indicators, and success stories from implementing partners and field offices.
  • Track donor portals, government websites, and sectoral platforms for relevant updates, calls, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and regularly update database of donor-specific information, commitments, and reporting timelines.
  • Coordinate with program teams to gather evidence, photos, case studies, and updates aligned with donor needs.
  • Support the organization of knowledge-sharing sessions, policy dialogues, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Archive project-related materials, minutes, and publications in an accessible and organized manner.
  • Regularly update and maintain project information in internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Advanced University Degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Political or Social Sciences, Development Studies, Anthropology or any other related discipline is required. or
  • A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in the areas stated above, in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
  •  Fluency in English and Bangla is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
