  • Oversee and ensure the fidelity of technical program delivery in field locations across ECW Implementing Partners
  • Oversee and Implement established norms and standards for technical achievements across ECW Implementing Partners
  • Conduct regular meetings with Implementing Partner technical staff to assure standardization of technical delivery approaches on timely manner
  • Conduct regular field visits to provincial and district level program locations of Implementing Partners to assure fidelity and standardization of technical delivery approaches
  • Monitor the technical delivery of project activities in the field and prepare the monitoring report
  • Based on monitoring reports, proactively initiate technical corrective actions, and provide corrective feedback, in accordance with Technical Specialists and the Project Director, for implementing partners
  • Actively take part in cascade training activities and assessments processes for IPs
  • Provide direct technical support for IPs and TP technical staff in the field
  • Undertake regular quality control on program activities, data collection and analysis of data and information
  • Assist and contribute to the quality control and technical standardization of training materials/ modules/manuals for project related training and education.
  • Assure timely delivery of technical resources and materials to IPs and provincial-level locations
  • Responsible for all field related TP reporting on partner implementation, fidelity, and quality control
  • Report field activities on regular basis
  • Assist provincial manager responsibility in absence of provincial managers
  • Perform any other required project-related task
  • Provide technical support to the education team in meeting the ECW project deliverables
  • Coordinate directly with the other Technical team members for technical standardization, delivery and alignment
  • Attend forums and meetings of the project and the CBE/EiE WG meetings overall in filed
  • Coordination with Stakeholders and IPs
  • Attend and participate in trainings identified/organized by your supervisor
  • Abide by IRC personnel policies and regulations; follow any new procedures and guidelines introduced in circulars from Country Office

Qualifications

  • University degree in Literature or relevant
  • 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
  • Excellent Dari and Pashto and English
  • Strong training and on-the-job support skills.
  • Self-motivated, possessing persuasion skills, ability to maintain relationship and able to work on own initiative.
