Within the international operations department (DOI) and more specifically the emergency unit, under the responsibility of the head of this pole, your mission is to provide support for operational activities.

Your main missions are:

  • Ensure the daily interface between headquarters and international missions
  • Manage departures and returns of MdM actors: visa, ticketing, hotel, planning of briefings / debriefings…
  • Ensure the reception and orientation of expatriate employees and volunteers in the cluster
  • Produce and transmit documents within the deadlines for openings, (re) -recordings, closings of missions, powers of attorney and representation, legalizations / apostilles and sworn translations, etc.)
  • Manage the signing of administrative documents (PoA, MoU, Banking power, supply requests, etc.) from the cluster and monitor their validation
  • Monitoring the operating budget
  • Replace other secretaries on leave
  • Track requests for land transfers
  • Ensure logistics and IT follow-up of field orders on dedicated software (Qualiac) in connection with the logistics department


  • Higher education, type BTS trilingual secretarial or DUT GEA
  • Experience in secretarial or administrative management in international environment
  • Mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, databases ...)
  • Organization, efficiency, taste for teamwork
  • Languages: French , fluent in written and spoken English
