Project description :
FHI 360 is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of “ Site Supervisor ” for the project “ Achieving objectives and maintaining epidemic control” (“EpiC”).
This project is a cooperation agreement and a global project lasting five years from April 2019 to April 2024 whose objective is the epidemic control of HIV / AIDS. EpiC is funded by the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Control ('PEPFAR') through the United States Agency for International Development ('USAID'). The project is managed by the American non-governmental organization FHI 360.
The EpiC project is designed to overcome persistent obstacles to reaching the three 95s (95-95-95) in the area of HIV / AIDS and to promote autonomous management of national HIV programs. EpiC DRC will provide effective results-oriented technical assistance, as well as context-specific and epidemiological direct service delivery, to develop, strengthen and sustain long-term HIV services and systems. In the DRC, EpiC will particularly target key populations ('KP') as well as priority populations (PP). The target KPs will be sex workers (PS) and men who have sex with men (MSM).
Job description :
Under the supervision of the Technical Manager, the Site Supervisoris responsible for coordinating all of EpiC's activities in the project intervention areas that will be assigned to it. This coordination involves working with officials both at the provincial level and at the level of the targeted health zones, reference health institutions, implementing partners of the EpiC project to plan, execute and monitor project activities, including the main goal is to increase access and use of HIV services for key populations (PS and MSM) and priority populations (PP). The Site Supervisor is the "Focal Point" of the EpiC / FHI360 project; He will have to provide technical supervision in the project execution sites in order to ensure the consistent implementation of the overall strategy, the quality of services and the achievement of objectives.
